April 02, 2007:Fishing was great this weekend in the Lower Chesapeake Bay. The charter on Sat. caught some nice TauTaug and then we decided to catch and release some Rockfish. The Virginia Fishing for flounder has been great Sun we had a charter that wanted to only catch flounder, and catch flounder we did with some in the virginia citation range. July 13, 2006:Tuesday night caught 9 red drum from 43" to 52" with six Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament citations awarded to the anglers. April 19, 2006:The crew of the Smokin' Gun had a great catch of flounders and taug,and caught and released some nice rockfish yesterday, here in the Lower Chesapeake Bay. If all stays the same this will be a great spring and summer.
